FANUC has consistently pursued the automation of factories since 1956, when it succeeded in the development of the first SERVO mechanism in the Japanese private sector.
The three pillars of FANUC, comprises of FA, ROBOT, and ROBOMACHINE. The FA business division encompasses the basic technologies, consisting of NCs (Numerical Controls), Servos, and Lasers, with these technologies applied in the ROBOT and ROBOMACHINE divisions. The ROBOT business division focuses on robot automation, with applications ranging from handling, welding, and palletising. The ROBOMACHINE business division consists of three machines, ROBODRILL, a vertical machining centre, ROBOCUT, a wire EDM (electro discharge machine), and ROBOSHOT, a full electric injection moulding machine.
FANUC’s service division also offers lifetime support of our products, as long as they are in use by our customers.
